You will receive a “Purchase Receipt” e-mail when you start a Subscription/Trial. Your License Key is included in that e-mail.

You can use your license on 2 computers at the same time.

This happens when Illustrator can’t find the decalmatepro.aip plugin file inside (for example “Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2026\Plug-ins”). Make sure you’ve installed Decal Mate for your current Illustrator version.

This might happen if you have over 27 spot colors in your swatches panel. Remove any unused swatches.

In the settings tab (cogwheel button) increase “Speed / Accuracy” (also called “Curve tolerance”) for example to 1 and click “Save settings”

Move the artboard towards the middle of the document.

To Cancel Your Subscription:

1. Find your active subscription in the account settings.
2. Tap the “Cancel” option.
