You will receive a “Purchase Receipt” e-mail when you start a Subscription/Trial. Your License Key is included in that e-mail.

You can use your license on 2 computers at the same time.

This might happen if you have over 27 spot colors in your swatches panel. Remove any unused swatches.

Move the artboard towards the middle of the document.

Log in to your account here: ACCOUNT 

To Cancel Your Subscription:

1. Find your active subscription in the account settings.
2. Tap the “Cancel” option.

Tip: On a mobile device with a small screen, switch to landscape mode by tilting your phone.
